Bringing over 6 years of project management experience to the role, Joanna oversees the day-to-day operations of the business with precision and efficiency. With a strong background in coordinating complex projects she steps into H&S and construction world to ensures that all training programs are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest standard. Joanna is dedicated to continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients.

Kev, who worked alongside Andy for a while now will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies to support business development and build on a company’s growth. Ideal in this position, Kevin enjoys leading others, making important strategic decisions on behalf of the business and providing direct guidance to employees!​​​
